Marketing strategy of "Orient Trust"

The marketing strategy aimed at the attracting potential participants in programs offered by the partners of "KTK Finances Inc", as well as to attract partners interested to promote their products with assistance of "KTK Finances Inc".

Nowadays "KTK Finances Inc" has at its disposal more than 2000 active independent consultants in different countries of Eastern Europe and Asia, in particular in Russia, the Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and some other countries of the UIC (the Union of Independent Countries). It also has partnership relations with two consulting companies in Western Europe (Germany and Spain), which have at their disposal a powerful net of agents and as well as experience in work with insurance and investment programs.

Commercial relations with partnership consulting companies are regulated by sub consulting contracts in accordance with the national legislation of the country of registration, as well as by the norms of the applied marketing system.

As far as the planned structure of offered programs and independent consultants is concerned, it is supposed that up to 60% of participants will come from the countries of Western Europe, including the EU countries, and up to 40% from the countries of Eastern Europe.

All participants in offered programs, i.e. physical bodies as well as legal entities, are to be checked by a banking institution or by an authorized specialized organization which is recognized in the procedure of money of money laundering prevention "FATF" ("Financial Action Task Force Money Laundering").

Independent consultants carry out their activity on the territory of their residence in the field of consultancy in accordance with the current international and domestic legislation at their own expense and risk.

Fee is paid to a consultant in accordance with a standard contract and a report on work accomplished, on the conditions of specially worked out universal tariff system, which is based on training consultants in order to improve their qualification in the field of professionally specialized kinds of consulting.

All necessary training as well as the staff training in the field of consulting is carried out in accordance with the agreements by Non profit Partnership "Internet Business Centre" and its subcontractors in Europe.

Fee is paid on the basis of effectively accomplished consultation, the result of which is an associate or corporate participation of an individual or a legal entity in programs offered by partners of "KTK Finances Inc", within the frame of it's by laws activities. The applied computer program of the fee recording, charging and payment "Business Carrier", which fully reflects all the essential conditions of the agreement about the collaboration with an independent consultant, was elaborated in order to control the results of consultants' activity. With the same purpose and to help the above mentioned program, the inner corporate information system "Tokmail", working on line, was worked out.

The essential motivating factor of the relations between "KTK Finances Inc." and independent consultants within the frame of the agreement is the system of charging and paying the fee for the successfully accomplished consultation.
