Insurance

Insurance as a traditional model of realization of complex accumulating saving programs

The era of the Soviet Union fostered (and sometimes quite successfully) the system of state planned economy for more than 70 years. 15 years ago this era finished. As a result the habitual system of savings and accumulation based on the investments in the State Sberbank collapsed too, as well as the accumulation model which was offered at the time by Gosstrah (State Insurance Company).

In 1991 the Russian Government and the Duma declared the necessity of an accelerated transformation from the state planned and transitive economy, which was called "perestroika", to free market economy. At the time the population of the country lost their trust to the execution of the obligations by the state, more than that, the people of the RF did not see ant private or private state companies which could take on the functions of investment organizations.

The opening of the state borders, the freedom of travel, the democratization of the society at the beginning of the 90 s XX , the liberalization of the Russian Federation ( in particular the permission to transfer money for three main spheres of vital functions: education, medicine and insurance) from the territory of the RF to foreign countries gave a possibility for many insurance and consulting companies from Austria, Switzerland and Germany to come onto the RF market with propaganda goals.

Foreign companies fostered the system of work based on direct consulting and fees paid for the really fulfilled job. But what is the most important, they brought to the RF artificially created products and programs which were lined up for the insurance programs allowed by the state, in which the real insurance share was not more than 5%, and investments and savings made up ( and make up) the rest 95 %.

Since the legislation system of the RF changed in 2004, there is no need to apply the so called "scheme technique" (evasion of a law) in order to unite different types of economic activities under one mark.

It is impossible to refuse from the habitual motivation and the traditions of work which were formed within the period of 15 years. Taking into account the above mentioned arguments and the uniting potentiality of the Association of life insurance and investments "Evrolife", the leading managers of the "Orient Trust" and the Russian Insurance company "Energoresurs" made a strategic decision to suggest the "Orient Trust" service as well as the service of the Russian insurance company to all associated members of the Association simultaneously and inseparably.

Two annually renewed programs were chosen as a service in the field of insurance:

- an insured person's death as a result of an accident;
- obtaining the 1,2,3 group of disablement by an insured person

The Russian insurance company "Energoresurs" uses either group or collective tariffs. Therefore it suggests beneficial tariffs and competitive conditions to the residents of the RF associated members of "Evrolife" in comparison with the conditions which an individual insurer could get in the insurance market regardless of his geographical place of residence on the territory of the RF.

Individual market tariffs of the accident insurance program are 2 or 3 times higher than the same service offered by "Energoresurs" on the basis of a group tariff, which is well grounded by actuary calculations and statistics data.

There are another arguments in favor of unification and consolidation of the effort and possibilities of the Association "Evrolife", the "Orient Trust" and the Insurance company "Energoresurs". These efforts are extremely necessary within the framework of the money laundering prevention program FATF ("Financial Action Task Force Money Laundering").
